Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. 286 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. This service is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration & Security
When creating an account on 286, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
- Each user may register only one account.
- It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (email and password) strictly confidential.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
- A national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
286 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
- Running multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's technical systems or security.
- By order of the authorities due to legal obligations.
Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users of the 286 platform are required to comply with the following rules:
- Using the platform for personal entertainment.
- Conduct transactions with accurate information.

All financial transactions on 286 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved local payment methods.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to withdrawing both deposited funds and winnings:
- Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits.
- Processing times vary by method — typically instant for mobile wallets, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
- All deposited funds must come from the user's own sources.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity are detected.
- Any applicable tax deductions or legal withholdings are the user's responsibility.
For transaction errors or disputes, contact the support team with full details. 286 reserves the right to correct any erroneous transactions resulting from technical faults.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
286 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 286 shall bear no liability for the following:
- Losing a bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Failure or delay on the part of a third-party payment provider.
- Login credentials exposed due to the user's own negligence.
- Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
All content on the 286 platform — including logos, designs, software, and game content — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
